Essential
reading for BHS career studens and all exam candidates,
the BHS is emphasising that this is the only official
guide to the Stage 1 exam.
Written
for the BHS by a chief examiner and based on the new
(2003) and much revised syllabus, it provides clear
guidelines on the requirements for the Stage 1 examination.
To
be used in conjunction with The complete Manual of Stable
Management and The Manual of Equitation, it fully describes:
The
level of knowledge required
How candidates should train
to ensure competence in both the practical and theoretical
sections of the exam
Successful exam technique:
what to wear, how to present yourself, how to deal with
problems encountered on the day
Exam
procedure
What
examiners are looking for
In
short, how to be successful
