CLEAN UP YOUR ACT WITH ANIVAC

The days when a muddy horse meant hours of hard work and elbow grease are set to be a thing of the past with the arrival of Anivac, a revolutionary new cleaning system that vacuums and shampoos with the minimum of fuss and water. New Anivac which is a unique bathing system that deep cleans with ‘pure oxygen’ from the skin up.

Anivac is unlike traditional cleaning methods that clean from the top down as its patented design penetrates even the thickest coat with nozzles that direct pressurised oxygenated cleansing fluid directly on to the skin. The spray action washes the skin and cleans the coat as the solution, dirt and loose hair are then vacuumed up by the wand.

An added benefit is that Anivac pulls the majority of the water from the coat, leaving the horse only damp to the touch. This substantially speeds up the drying time, making it safe to use in cold weather.

Anivac is also environmentally friendly – washing the average horse with Anivac uses only eight litres of water as opposed to a running hose that pumps out around 15 litres of water a minute.

Ideal for use on dogs and cattle as well as horses, Anivac offers a range of systems to suit everyone from the one horse owner to the large racing yard. It is also ideal for veterinary practices, providing easy and efficient pre and post surgery cleaning and reducing exposure to infection and trauma.

There are three systems available. The EcoWash-n-Vac 7 Litre System and ProHeat 50 Litre System are both portable – ideal for smaller yards and for taking to competitions. The Olympic Central System which can be plumbed into the water and drainage systems is designed for the larger professional yard.

Leading event rider Oliver Townend, a member of the British team that won gold at last year’s European Championships, will be appearing on the Anivac stand during Badminton where the Anivac System will be demonstrated. Already a devotee of the new system Townend says:

“With a big yard of horses that need to be produced in spotless condition for major competitions the Anivac has proved to be invaluable,” said Oliver. “Not only does it keep the horses’ coats and skin in great condition but it also drastically reduces the time and mess that used to be unavoidable when we were washing horses in the traditional way. My grooms love it!”

The Anivac is undoubtedly the answer to many a groom’s prayer
